Dear Teacher

This month we made our 400th podcast! You can listen to one of our podcasts every day and it will take well over a year to hear them all. To mark the occasion we have a special competition and the prize is free pie membership for a whole year. Watch the video on our pie plus page and send us your answer. Competition closes July 14.

Our 400th podcast is called Why yoga? And we hear Jim answer the question. Summer starts in June and everyone heads for the beach. Perhaps then you shouldn't listen to our first podcast this month about Jaws, surely one of the most frightening films to come out of Hollywood. what do you think? It's for level 2.

Our featured podcasts of the month include Over the rainbow, listen and find out what Emily and Richard's favourite colours are. For level 2, Marina talks about some mouthwatering Mediterranean meals in A taste of Spain (which also has a pie video) and for level 3 we talk about whether or not we are going to have some Festival fun or not.

There are plenty of sporting events in July and of course we have the podcasts to go with them. Wimbledon starts on 29 June so don't forget to check out Forty-Love. The Tour de France is covered in 3.98 The yellow jersey and we also have the slower paced B.23 The cycling commuter.

Best wishes
Jackie and Richard
