Dear Learner
The sidebar featuring our podcasts for March is chock-a-block! We have podcasts for International Day of Happiness for 20 March, World Poetry Day for 21 March and International Day of Forests for 21 March. And of course don't forget to put your clocks forward on 31 March as most people will be changing to summer time, so we have a podcast about that: Spring forward, fall back.
We started this month with a level 3 podcast. We asked: How does this thing work? It seems everything we use nowadays has changed in design, but does that mean things are easier or more difficult to use? Listen to what we think and then let us know your views.
Some of you will remember we bought a new car a few years ago. In that podcast too we talked about how much more modern it was than our old car: Techno car is also for level 3 and is one of our Podcasts of the month.
Remember that while most podcasts are free, podcasts 1 - 99 are for members only. Each podcast has essential transcripts, worksheets and extra materials for teachers and learners and with over 2000 to choose from, Join pie now!
If you are not already a member, one lucky winner in our monthly competition gets free pie membership! Lis from Indonesia was the lucky winner of last month's competition. She correctly said that the answer was a) bananas and honey.
For this month's quiz just answer this question: Which ride do they talk about first? Is a) the kangaroo, b) the big swing, or c) the bumper cars? The answer is in this level 1 video: The fun fair
Write your answer on our Contact us page. Remember to tell us your name and where you are from. Good luck! Answers by the end of the month.
